These Regulations specify the terms and conditions of the promotion “Discount for subscribing to the newsletter” (the “Promotion”) carried out in the online store https:\/\/plpetlover.pl<\/a> (the “Online Store”).<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t

\u00a71 Organizer of the promotion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. The organizer of the Promotion is PET Lover Sp\u00f3\u0142ka z ograniczon\u0105 odpowiedzialno\u015bci\u0105 with its registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 00-113) at ul. Emilii Plater 53, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000866296: NIP: 5252840883, REGON: 387392537, with a share capital of PLN 5,000.00.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \u00a72 Promotion Rules<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    1. The promotion is aimed at https:\/\/plpetlover.pl<\/a> users <\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. During the Promotion period, customers who first sign up for the newsletter on the Online Store’s website and confirm their subscription will receive via email, a one-time code to receive a 5% (in words: five percent) discount on purchases. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. The discount code will be valid during the Promotion period. The code can be used by entering it into the appropriate field in the shopping cart of the Online Store.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. The discount code does not apply to the cost of transportation of goods from the order.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. In case of simultaneous purchase of several products included in the Promotion, the discount is calculated on the total price of the purchased products included in the Promotion. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. During the Promotion, each Promotion Participant may use the Promotion only once. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. The discount granted by the Organizer under the Promotion is not subject to payment in cash or exchange for any other means of payment and is non-transferable. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    8. A Promotion Participant purchasing Products from the Online Store has the right, but not the obligation, to take advantage of the discount.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    9. The promotion covers all products in the assortment of the Online Store, subject to point e) below. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    10. The Organizer stipulates that if new products are introduced to the offer of the Online Store during the Promotion period, some of these products may be excluded from the Promotion. In this case, the list of products excluded from the Promotion will be published as an appendix to these regulations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \u00a73 Duration of the Promotion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. The promotion begins on May 24, 2023. at. 10 a.m. and runs until December 31, 2023. to hrs. 23:59.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t

        \u00a74 Return or exchange of products purchased in the Promotion<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

        1. According to Art. 27 of the Law on Consumer Rights, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement of promotional products without giving any reason within 14 days (in words: fourteen days) from the day on which the Consumer came into possession of the promotional products or on which a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the courier came into possession of the promotional products.<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. The consumer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Promotional Product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
          \n\t\t\t\t\t

          \u00a75 Complaint <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Complaints related to participation in this Promotion should be submitted to the Organizer’s mailing address or to the e-mail address: kontakt@plpetlover.pl<\/a> with the note “Complaint”.<\/strong><\/li>\n
          2. The Organizer will respond to the presented allegations within 14 days (in words: fourteen days) from the moment of its receipt and will inform the customer in writing at the address provided in the complaint or via e-mail, at the customer’s choice.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t

            \u00a76 Final provisions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
            \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

            1. The promotion does not combine with other promotional actions of the Organizer. <\/strong><\/li>\n
            2. The content of these regulations is available for review at the Online Store.<\/strong><\/li>\n
            3. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations or to change the term of this Promotion without prejudice to the rights acquired by customers before the date of the change. <\/strong><\/li>\n
